By choosing the £60 joining fee option you have agreed to volunteer at least once this year as part of your membership. Thank you.
This may be Observing or helping set up a trial. Participating at a Nash Mills work day. Volunteering to help at any riding demonstration or any other help requested or authorised by the Commitee.
PLEASE NOTE …ONLY A FULL DAYS WORK, SANCTIONED BY THE COMMITTEE, CAN BE CLASSED AS A DUTY. !!
Observer training can be requested at any club trial.
To arrange your duty please follow these instructions …
- Graham Burton has volunteered to maintain the database of duties and volunteers.
- The blank list with dates can be accessed via the link below
- Please choose a date you can do and then ring Graham.
- The list will be constantly updated on the website so you have some idea of a) who has booked slots and b) what slots are free for when you ring Graham.

Please limit your calls to weekday evenings 5pm- 9pm. Please only speak in person direct to Graham. No voice message bookings, if I don’t answer I’m not taking the booking.
When you ring Graham it would be sensible to have some alternative dates in case your first choice is taken.
AS you can see it is in your interest to get your slots booked early before you book your holidays.
