ADDING AN ACU REGISTERED FAMILY MEMBER TO BERKHAMSTED MCC MEMBERSHIP

Once you have joined our club you will be eligible to enter the Club Championships, If you wish family members to also be eligible, it will be neccesary to register them seperately; The following is the method you should use to do so on the ACU platform.

Click the profile button on their ACU account page

Select Club Memberships

Click the “+ Add club Membership” button

Click on prepaid club membership as shown

Click Next

Click Next

Click “select A Club”

Start typing “Berkhamsted” and click on the club name.

Select Next

Select Next.

Click the confirmation button and then click ” Add”

This last screen will appear and The membership Secretary will receive an email to accept the membership request for approval. You will then receive a confirmation..

This process will need to be repeated for each individual family member

Guest Day Membership

It has been agreed by the Committee to allow AN EXISTING MEMBER to bring a Guest or Guests to ride at Nash Mills Practice Ground WITH AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS NOTICE !!

. An application form is available below which must be filled in and signed, by both the Member and Guest, and emailed to the membership secretary at.

Scans or legible photos will be accepted.

The price will be £25.00 per day per riding Adult (paid via BACS payment only !!). Guests children up to the age of 20 will be included in this price. (Therefore two adults riding plus children will be £50 !!)

Each Adult riding will need to fill out a seperate form.

The Member MUST accompany the guests AT ALL TIMES and must ensure that the club rules on the application form are strictly adhered to.
